The pork ribs are juicy and tender and it’s marinade with fragrant savory black bean sauce.

Ingredients
1 tbsp black bean garlic sauce
2½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
1.5 lb pork spare ribs, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 stalk scallion, chopped
4 thai chili peppers, chopped (optional)
Directions
Add all the sauce ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
Combine pork ribs with the sauce in a bowl and mix well.
Cover and marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Set steaming rack inside of wok and fill with water almost up to height of rack. Turn heat to high and when water is boiling, turn heat to medium-high.
Place the pork spare ribs on the rack. Cover and steam the ribs until just cooked through, about 25 minutes.
Remove the ribs from the wok and garnish with chopped scallions and chili peppers.
Serve immediately with steamed rice!
*Note
Remove oil from the pork ribs after steaming, if needed.
