Stir-Fried Pork Belly (Jeyuk Bokkeum)
A spicy and sweet stir-fried pork that goes really well with the lettuce and rice.
- In a small bowl combine the sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Preheat the wok over high heat and add oil. Add pork and stir-fry for 1 minute or until slightly caramelized.
- Add onion, ginger and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until cook through.
- Serve with steamed rice and lettuce for wrapping if desired. Garnish the stir-fried pork with toasted sesame seeds.
